All our items are stocked in our warehouse located in Australia.

- Orders placed before 3 PM (AEST) will begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed after 3 PM (AEST) or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Transit and Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days.

Delivery Issues

- Unclaimed shipments will be returned to the warehouse, and the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
