Cancellation and Returns

If the product arrives broken or damaged, it is possible to return it to the factory delivery address and receive a full refund within 7 working days from the time it arrives at the factory.

In exceptional cases, with proof of damage/photo, it will be possible to negotiate with the factory owner to cancel the return of the product.

If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 7 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

You can cancel or exchange a product within 30 days from the moment the package is received, provided it is not used at all.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned item arrives at the factory and passes inspection.
